Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
An Adult Signature is required for Delivery of all shipments. If you are unable to sign for your shipment, FedEx will leave a notice for you and it will have to be picked up at a FedEx depot.
Duties and taxes are calculated at Checkout.
All orders are confirmed and shipped 5-8 business days after the order date. Orders are subject to product availability. You will be informed of any delays or issues with your order. We must be able to verify your billing name and address with the credit card issuer, we must also be able to verify that your shipping name and address are valid.
We at RON WHITE want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your online shopping experience. As such, in the event that your purchase is not ‘just right’ we are happy to accept regular price merchandise (when in original condition and corresponding shoe box) for exchange or refund within 30 days. Returned items will be credited to the original method of payment, excluding shipping charges.
You can also bring your return merchandise in to one of our five store locations for assistance, or follow the Return Shipping Instructions enclosed in your package.
Please note: All Sale merchandise is Final Sale, and is not eligible for exchange or refund.
