Sorry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
An Adult Signature is required for Delivery of all shipments. If you are unable to sign for your shipment, FedEx will leave a notice for you and it will have to be picked up at a FedEx depot.
All prices are listed and billed in Canadian dollars. Your credit card provider will convert to your local currency at time of purchase.
Taxes are calculated at Checkout. All customers are responsible for duties charges.
All orders are confirmed and shipped within 2-8 business days after the order date. FedEx takes another 2-8 business days for delivery. Orders are subject to product availability. You will be informed of any delays or issues with your order. We must be able to verify your billing name and address with the credit card issuer, we must also be able to verify that your shipping name and address are valid. Please include your phone number for delivery.
We at RON WHITE want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your online shopping experience. As such, in the event that your purchase is not ‘just right’ we are happy to accept regular price merchandise (when in original condition and corresponding shoe box) for exchange or refund within 30 days. Returned items will be credited to the original method of payment, excluding shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
You can also bring your return merchandise in to one of our four store locations for assistance, or follow the Return Shipping Instructions enclosed in your package, or email email@example.com for further instructions.
All Sale items purchased online (when in original condition and corresponding shoe box) can be exchanged for other items within 30 days or receive a credit note on file to be used for future purchases. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
